StolaSystem 2.3 provides a fast and flexible user environment, intuitive access to data,
and improved paper and patient flow. All patient records, employer profiles and payor
records are stored in one system.
We can customize the employer profile to include special check in and discharge
instructions, company specific paperwork, multiple employer contacts and available duty
restrictions. Invoices, statements and insurance billing forms are all generated through
StolaSystem.
IStolas, referred to as Remote Stolas, provides our client companies and payors with
secure Internet-based, view-only access to medical notes and work status reports. No
additional hardware or software (beyond Internet Explorer) is required. Authorized employer
or payor contacts can view current and historical patient activity reports, work status and
patient information at their convenience. Patient appointment schedules are also available.
Using technology to improve our efficiency and communication is a priority.
